These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using our services, placing orders, and receiving deliveries. By accessing our website, placing an order through WhatsApp, or using our delivery partner Eksecond, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We encourage you to read this page carefully so you fully understand how our ordering, payments, delivery, and refund policies work. If you have any questions, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed with The Untasted Kitchen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) via WhatsApp or any other approved ordering channel. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ordering Process
1.1 Orders can be placed exclusively via our official WhatsApp number or any other approved channel communicated by us.
1.2 Orders will only be confirmed once:

The product, delivery details, and price are agreed upon via written WhatsApp confirmation, and

Full payment (if required in advance) has been received.
1.3 Any changes to orders after confirmation are subject to our discretion and may incur additional charges.
2. Payments
2.1 Prices listed in our menu or quoted via WhatsApp are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
2.2 We accept payments via [UPI, bank transfer, etc. — insert modes].
2.3 All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery is fulfilled by Eksecond, our third-party service provider.
3.2 Once your order is handed over to Eksecond, the delivery process is entirely managed by them.
3.3 We are not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damage to the product after handover to Eksecond.

Delivery to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
3.4 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
4. Pickup
4.1 If you choose self-pickup, you must arrive at the agreed time.
4.2 We will not be responsible for product quality deterioration due to delayed pickup.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled for a refund unless:

We are unable to fulfill the order.
5.2 In case of product defects or incorrect items, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographs.
5.3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Product Quality & Storage
6.1 Our products are freshly prepared and should be consumed within the recommended time frame stated on the packaging or by our team.
6.2 We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery/pickup.
7. Allergens & Dietary Information
7.1 While we take care to list ingredients, our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten) and cross-contamination is possible.
7.2 Customers with allergies must inform us at the time of ordering; however, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
8. Liability
8.1 Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any order.
9. Privacy
9.1 By ordering, you consent to us storing your contact details for order processing and promotional purposes.
9.2 We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except our delivery partners for order fulfillment.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request.
