Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled as our products are freshly prepared on demand.

In special cases (e.g., duplicate orders, accidental payment), a cancellation request may be considered only if raised within 10 minutes of placing the order. Approval is at our sole discretion.

The Untasted Kitchen Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

Unavailability of ingredients or products.

Operational issues in the kitchen.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

Refunds on Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be made for same-day or last-minute cancellations initiated by the customer.
