Damage Policy

  1. Before Delivery

    • All our products are carefully prepared, packed, and inspected before dispatch.

    • We ensure the product leaves our kitchen in perfect condition.

  2. During Delivery

    • Deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partner, Eksecond.

    • Once the order is handed over to Eksecond, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with them.

    • We are not liable for damage caused during transit, delays, or mishandling by the delivery partner.

  3. After Delivery

    • Customers must check the order at the time of delivery.

    • Any visible damage should be reported immediately with photographs to our WhatsApp support within 1 hour of delivery.

    • Claims raised after this time will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  4. Resolution

    • If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before dispatch, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as per our discretion.

    • If the damage occurs during or after delivery, customers must raise the concern directly with Eksecond. However, we will assist in coordinating with them wherever possible.
