Before Delivery

All our products are carefully prepared, packed, and inspected before dispatch.

We ensure the product leaves our kitchen in perfect condition.

During Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partner, Eksecond.

Once the order is handed over to Eksecond, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with them.

We are not liable for damage caused during transit, delays, or mishandling by the delivery partner.

After Delivery

Customers must check the order at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage should be reported immediately with photographs to our WhatsApp support within 1 hour of delivery.

Claims raised after this time will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Resolution

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before dispatch, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as per our discretion.

If the damage occurs during or after delivery, customers must raise the concern directly with Eksecond. However, we will assist in coordinating with them wherever possible.
